Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai SD dan TK Buddhis Paramita yang berjumlah 36 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t<sub>hitung</sub> sebesar 8,592 dan signifikansi 0,000; (2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t<sub>hitung</sub> sebesar -0,876 dan signifikansi 0,388; (3) lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F<sub>hitung</sub> sebesar 49,922 dan signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (<em>Adjusted R Squar</em>e) sebesar 0,737 menunjukkan bahwa 73,7% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen, sedangkan 26,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah KP = 25,077 + 0,868 LK - 0,102 K. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, sementara kompensasi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial. Namun, ketika dikombinasikan, kedua variabel tersebut mampu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perbaikan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif serta kompensasi berbasis prestasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di institusi pendidikan. The survey research was conducted to obtain facts and data from the field, with the main objective of acquiring accurate and real information. In the data analysis process, multiple linear regression analysis was employed to evaluate the influence of TikTok live shopping and electronic word of mouth on the purchasing decisions of Wardah products among students at the Buddhist religious colleges in Banten Province. The results of this study show an F-value of 32.714 with a significance probability of 0.000. The obtained regression equation is Y = 27.892 - 0.005 X1 + 0.317 X2. The contribution of TikTok live shopping (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2) to the purchasing decision (Y) of Wardah products among students at the Buddhist religious colleges in Banten Province is 22,8%. Partial tests show that there is no influence of TikTok live shopping on purchasing decisions while there is a significant influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions.
