Analisis Produk dan Layanan Lembaga Keuangan Bank Swasta BTPN dengan Non Bank Pegadaian

Abstract

In the process of achieving the goal of maintaining the pillars of economic stability and state finances, bank and non-bank financial institutions have an important role, therefore the activities of bank and non-bank financial institutions need to be studied and understood so that we can use these financial institutions to the fullest so that the goal of equal distribution of consumption , the distribution of goods and services for the community as well as investment for the company can run in an orderly and good manner, in this report we examine the comparison of products and services from the two variables between non-bank financial institutions and private bank financial institutions BTPN. The purposes of preparing this report include: Explaining definitions, types, functions and roles of banks and financial institutions in the economy, Also, explaining innovations and ideas development of products and services for banks and non-bank financial institutions. This research report uses a descriptive method, this report explains that a method is to carry out a research that reveals the actual situation that exists in the company, then the results of the research obtained are carried out by an analysis to obtain an overview of the existing problems. The findings from the main services and products that we took were Safe Deposit Box  from the Pegadaian Non-Bank Financial Institution and the BTPN Private Financial Institution. with innovation and idea it is hoped that the benefits of the Safe Defosit Box can be achieved, such as; provide fast and easy services with accomplished goals as well, such as; Providing protection and guarantees so that the process of confidentiality of goods stored is guaranteed and safe, goods/securities are protected from the risks of fire, robbery, theft, and there is flexibility over various sizes to suit the needs of individual and corporate tenants.
